Description

One more spot and then to the new accommodation. This was the plan, but on the way there, around a bend, in perfect light, there was a sight I couldn’t resist. We stopped and I looked for a higher spot. The result is two photos, Canisp and Suilven, two huge mountain landscapes, illuminated by the setting sun, enveloped by clouds. Expect the unexpected! It was like a dream.

The mountain’s name translates from the Old Norse language as “White Mountain”
